What types of payment does GloryDaze.com accept?

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.

 Be sure to include a daytime phone number and email address (if you have one) so that we, along with the shipping company, can contact you with any questions we might have.

Please note: To protect against fraud, any orders paid for with a personal check, money order, or cashiers check will remain on hold for a number of days to allow for the check to clear. Orders placed with credit cards will be processed immediately.

How do I return or exchange an item I bought online?

Go to the Returns & Exchanges link at the bottom of the home page, and follow the instructions listed there. 

Please do not ship your item back to us without first following this procedure or we may not be able to identify to whom the refund or exchange should be directed.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be in new condition to qualify for a refund.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to arrange for a prompt replacement. Email customer service at info@glorydaze.com or call customer service between 9am-4:30pm to request a replacement or to return the item for a refund.

How do I access my order history?

To view past or pending orders placed on GloryDaze.com, simply log into your account and select “My Orders” from the menu on the left of your screen.

How do I calculate the shipping costs for my order?

It’s easy! We charge flat rate shipping:

1 item: $5
2 items: $7
3 or more items: $10

How do I know when my order ships?

An email will be sent to the email address on the account when the item is shipped.

How do I track my package?

Our shipments go via the United States Postal Service.  When a tracking number is generated, it will be provided in the email that is sent to the customer at the time of shipment.

I don't remember my password. What should I do?

If you’ve forgotten the password for your GloryDaze.com account, no worries! Click on “Log In” at the top of the screen and then “Forgot Your Password?” You’ll be redirected to a page requesting the email address you registered when signing up with GloryDaze.com. We’ll promptly send you a link allowing you to reset your password.

How can I get my school involved?

Have someone in your school’s administration complete the contact form on the “Submit Your School” page and we’ll be in contact with them to start the process.  If you’re a fan and want to suggest a school, just send an email to info@glorydaze.com, with the contact information for your school, the name of the person you think we should talk with, and we’ll do our best to track down the decision-maker.

What if I don’t see a color combination in the shirt I want?

We’ve got a highly-paid focus group who’s deciding what color shirts/art we offer.  Well, not really, but we do try to pick what we estimate to be the most popular.  We can’t guarantee that every design will be available in every color, but if you’d like to make a suggestion, just shoot it to us at info@glorydaze.com.  If we get enough of the same suggestions, who knows what may happen?
